CROCS

New Business Goal

Crocs is suffering in sales because they are trying to conquer to many markets. They have shoes for everyone, making there brand to stretched out and unlovable by one single niche. We propose Crocs lessens their target consumer down to one market, that market being kids!

Since Crocs is losing their luster in terms of the older generations, we decided that it would be best to focus solely on the younger age market such as boys and girls ages 3-12.

Crocs have some amazing benefits when it comes to kids and the growth of their little feet. For starters they are slip resistant, easy to get on and off, easy to clean, great for support and long-term use, as well as having air wholes for proper ventilation so that feet stay cool and comfortable.

Now in addition to all the great health reasons, crocs are FUN! Kids love them and they love picking out their favorite color Crocs to wear to school, the beach, the backyard, and even some place nice. With Crocs new furry additions, kids can now enjoy their fun comfy shoes in winter.

By focusing on one market, Crocs has the opportunity to own that market and separate themselves from the rest.

Converse Again

converse chuck taylor all star sneakers have no boundaries when it comes to loyal wearers. they dont discriminate against age, race, or gender. they are loved world wide by people from all walks of life. owners of chucks love to take pictures of them. on, off, in a circle, untied, they are obsessed. although an entire group of friends may all be wearing the same brand of shoe some will draw, paint, bleach them. others will change out or wear them without the laces, one may wear his chucks with a matching hat while another will wear a different color on each of her feet. some love to keep them clean, others love to get them dirty. this series of print ads takes a softer approach than the current "get chucked" campaign targeted at m&w 18-25. "Taylor Your Look" as a creative concept features the variety of ways in which hipsters, preps, punks, urban, athletic, high fashion, celebrities and other trend setters love their chucks. "taylor" is not only a play on words but also a feeling. by personifying taylor, one can make a deeper emotional connection to the brand. having a "taylored style" can symbolize both completing an outfit and the infinate number of altercations that can be made to express yourself. i think a successful way of capturing the attention of previously untargeted nonwearers is to limit the scene in the picture to be as much about the shoe as possible while still conveying the image that everyone can find a chuck taylor that fits their unique personality. you dont have to be uber trendy or feel like a poser to wear these timelessly classic shoes. they are the flip flop of sneakers, may look silly but you cant deny the perfection.
